We need volunteers!

All APKC breeders state in their contracts that unwanted dogs are to be returned to their kennels. Unfortunately, there are rare times that Pomskies do show up in the shelter system, or find themselves in danger of being surrendered. When this happens, we make every attempt to help find them responsible homes.

We are taking volunteers for fosters willing to temporarily house rescue pups, as well as those that could assist with transport and/or picking up Pomskies from shelters. The dogs we get may not have up to date vaccinations and records. We cannot guarantee health. Do you understand that fostering, as with any agency, is an "as is" situation?

Are you able and willing to help transport dogs to and from the local veterinarian for vaccines/microchipping/spay/neuter/etc. (vet expenses would be covered by APKC)?
