APKC® Litter Registration Form

Please fill out this form completely and upload the necessary photos/documents to register your Pomsky litter. Parents must be registered (either APKC® or AKC) first.

How many puppies are you registering with the litter registration? Do not count any puppies who have breeding rights as they will need to be registered under an APKC Invidual Registration (Full Breeding Rights).

All registrations must be verified Pomskies either though a DNA test or registered parents. If you use other DNA companies, put the website of the company, like www.wisdompanel.com and upload the PDF on the next screen.
