By submitting images to the American Pomsky Kennel Club 2025 Calendar Contest, I have agreed to the following: I grant permission to use any submitted images or photographs taken, in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or other considerations. I understand and authorize the American Pomsky Kennel Club to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish,or distribute the submitted photo for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby release rights to all claims, demands, compensation, or causes to action to which I, my heirs, my business, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person or entity acting in behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. In submitting the form below, I give authorization to use my name and my pet’s name and information as submitted.
